Your stylish apartment is part of a concreted complex in a quiet corner of town, a stone's throw from Porthmeor Beach, with a courtyard in its centre, communal seating and an outdoor shower... surfers may prefer to wash off here before making their way upstairs where Grahame the owner, a perfectionist, has created a fresh, light-filled interior. In the open-plan living area are cool nautical hues, sweeping wooden-effect floors and super modern furniture. Twin beds - handy for an extra couple or little ones - masquerade as sofas, you get funky artwork by local painters on the walls, and crisp limestone-tiled bathrooms with locally made smellies. A smart, cosy double (no views) leads off, and your kitchen, immaculate in black and white, neatly fits everything you need into a good space: table and chairs for four, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer - useful for salty swimming gear. A great getaway for surfing friends, couples and small families.
